Governor Kristi Noem believes in and projects my valued and is a threat to the liberals for the same reason. I enjoy meeting the out of state new "transplants" because they feel the same way. I am retired military and have lived many places. I chose South Dakota because Governor Noem has helped make it a wonderful place to live.
